摘要 国际贸易和FDI 作为国际技术外溢的主要传递渠道自我国改革开放以后得到了飞速的发展。两
者之间有着非常密切的多层次关系且在我国不同的历史阶段有着不同的具体表现形式，同时他们的技术外
溢效应也表现不同。本文根据我国1978 年以后的有关经济数据进行实证分析，最后得出结论及提出相应
的政策建议。

The Positive Research of the Inter-reaction between the mainly transmit channel of international

abstract: As mainly international R&D transmit channels, international trade and FDI receive the
development at full speed after the reform and opening. There is very close multi-level relation
