摘要：享乐价格理论认为工资与安全水平之间存在替代关系。我们将安全投入分解为安全设备方面支出和死亡补偿费用两项，并将它们引入享乐价格理论，研究了企业安全生产行为，并讨论了安全设备支出、死亡赔偿费用、产品价格等因素变动安全水平的影响。我们使用国有煤矿数据验证了企业安全生产行为理论。我们认为制定政策调整企业在安全方面的行为时，应该注意该政策对职工行为的影响。

Abstract:The theory of hedonic price thinks there is substitution relation between wage and safety. We decompose the safety input expense into safety equipment expense and death compensation, and which are introduced into the theory of hedonic price. We study the safety production behavior of firms and discuss how the changes of the safety equipment expense, death compensation and product price affect the safety level of the firm. Using the data about the State owed coal mines, we verify the theory of the safety production behavior of firms. We think the government should pay attention to the effect on worker behavior when the government makes police to adjust the firm behavior.
