摘要：本文讨论了节约型社会的基本含义、意义及建立所面临的困难与成因，提出政府要积极参与，发挥职能，建立宏观政策方面的四个机制，推动节约型社会的建立。

The research on macro policies of the construction of China’ s society of economy

Abstract: The article discusses the basic concept of the society of economy, its significance, and difficulties to construct it. In order to build the society of economy, the author argues that the government should participate actively in that cause, and should play its roles through constructing four mechanisms in macro polices.
