应用改进工程估算法计算涡扇运输机研制费[1]

【摘要】：本文引用国外的工程估算模型对涡扇运输机的研制费用进行估算，再根据等工程费用比进行修正，得到符合我国实际情况的研制费用。该估算结果较为准确，对我国涡扇运输机的研制的开支预算提供了较为可靠的依据。

The Development Cost Estimate of a Turbofan Transporter

Abstract：The development cost of a turbofan transporter is estimated with a foreign engineering cost method, and the actual development cost is obtained from the modification of the development cost calculated with the method by the cost rate of the analogical project. The result is accurate comparatively, and provides a dependable warrant for the budget of the development of a turbofan transporter.
