Abstract：From the comparative analysis on its evolution, hackling the history process of the development in the inland and overseas insurance industry, based on the classical theory of New Institutional Economics, this paper probes into the ecumenical rules and effective factors on the inland and overseas insurance institution change. From the comparative and institutional analysis, we could have acquaintance with Chinese insurance institution change in focus, and then explore the given path-dependence and path-selection in the reform, development and institution innovation of Chinese insurance industry, and presume upon some valuable standpoints and conclusions. |
